Morning meeting. We sang and danced the Funny Face Song.
Moment of Silence.
We read a new GIANT book, Hamilton Duck, and talked about what different kinds of animals do in the winter time.
At Choice Time, we filled the sand table with water, sponges and baby shampoo, and our baby dolls had baths.
The musical instruments came out in full song.
Friends also came over to answer today's question: "Do you like rain?" (7 yes, 4 no, 1 abstain and 1 absent)
Puzzles and fishing for letters were other popular choices.
We also had some time to run outside - dodging raindrops.
Here's today's question sheet. Some friends are working on writing their names independently, while others like hand on hand help. Some can do one or two letters on their own and ask for help with the rest. All of them are pleased to see their name in print.
