Our day began with readings books and catching sparkly spiders with chopsticks
Lots of building was happening today
Early in the morn, we headed to the music room for Meeting for Worship
We sat in peaceful silence and some friends shared their thoughts
To end the meeting, we sang This Little Light of Mine and Peace Like a River
Back in the room, we resumed our play
This is what I'd call a skeptical construction face
"A star. The thing that we're playing. We're playing that because we love to do it everyday."
After spending time in the great outdoors, we headed to Library!
"She's telling the big shadow of the doggie."
Somewhere in here, we had a fire drill.
And to make our day extra busy and exciting, we returned to the music room for Music Class
We turned into Jack-in-the-Boxes
And popped out!
We talked about trains and then sang a song in Spanish about them
To end the day, we finally made flubber!
We also went to visit the caterpillars in the 1st grade. They told us all about their life cycle and invited us back to se the changes.
