Off on a Big Adventure!

This morning we took care of the worms,

did some plumbing,

some cutting with scissors,

and some art.

We drove in race cars,

and made a few gourmet meals.

Some friends put our Peace Table to good use, as friends are starting to learn how to identify problems and work together to find solutions.

After eating a good healthy snack, we were finally ready to go on our adventure!

We loaded up our wagons with supplies: lunches, sunscreen, water, binoculars, magnifying glasses, 2 puppets and a ball.

Then, we were off!

We stopped off in the grove, to get some shade, water and climb a few trees.

Then, we buddied up to prepare for crossing the road.

When we arrived, friends raced down the big hill. Many headed into the little house, and began a game of family. There were babies to care for and work to do and even video games to play.

It wasn't long before friends got hungry, so we took our lunches to a shady spot and dined on the grass.

We looked around for signs of spring, and noticed lots of colors around us. Friends saw trees that were very green, and ones that were just starting to get baby leaves. We also found a variety of bugs, and even a couple of butterflies.

Then, we had fun climbing up the big hill and either running or rolling down.

We stopped off in the Echo room, before we headed back...slowly. Friends were pretty tuckered out when we got back, although many were too excited to sleep (they should sleep well tonight).
