Fun fall friday

At the assembly the 4th grade students gave us the name of the last country they studied, it was Paraguay. Today they gave us clues for the next country, now we have to guess which one is. We will find out at the next assembly.
Then a group of Upper school students showed us traditional games and music from South Americans countries. They also talked about the extensive cultural diversity among those countries.
On the way back to the classroom we passed by the kitchen and Nancy gave us chocolate chip cookies! We ate them at snack time.

 After the special snack we went outside. Friends enjoyed the beautiful fall day playing a lot of games.They used their imagination, practiced communication skills and gross motor abilities.
It was delightful for the teachers to see how nice Catbirds play and what a wonderful friends they are becoming.
