Our busy morning.
After snack, we headed outside for an Adventure. We talked about the trees on our campus, and how many of them have small round tags on them with numbers. Then, we set off to find as many tagged trees as we could.
Friends got very adept at finding the tags and reading out the numbers. Some friends learned how to read the numbers today! (with help from their friends)
It was a beautiful morning exploring. We will be looking up our trees on the app that identifies the trees on our campus arboretum. We will be learning some more math using the list of trees we found. Next we will chose trees to learn more about in detail, and add our own information to the website.
