Today was the first day for our student teacher, Sunisa Naksiri. She is getting her Associate's degree in Early Childhood from Montgomery County Community College, and will be with us most mornings for the next 10 weeks. She has a wonderful presence with the kids and the Catbirds were eager to welcome her today.
We worked some on illustrating our next set of stories.
And adding to our blogs.
Friends were happy to be together again.
As much as it seems to the contrary, we did not let your children play outside without coats... for an extended period of time.
We collected snow!

We lost a child in the Green Screen.
We made a snow monster with our used snow! It was terrifying. Discretion is advised:
