After some time to get our journals done, dress the babies in new clothes...
...and water our plants.
The puppets gonged the gong for clean-up, we ate a BIG snack and headed out on our adventure.
We slid down the slide to the lower playground to meet up with the Owls, who were going with us!
We crossed the cemetery, and carefully crossed the busy street, to enter head down the path to the Big Hill.
We saw sparkly rocks...
...and trees with bricks inside of them.
When we got to the big hill, we immediately began to run and roll down.
There were many wonders to explore.
We found maps, which we used to locate all kinds of treasure and things.
When we got back, we were ready to eat lunch and take a much-needed rest.
Note: Beginning this week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, our blog will be made up entirely of photos. These "Days in Pictures," will give you a good sense of our doings, and will give Danielle and I some much-needed time to focus on the Catbirds' individual portfolios.
