Some serious teamwork went into building towers today.
Friends worked together to make additions that seemed to defy gravity.
There was a busy family packing bags.
Trucks in moonsand.
And complex cutting.
After snack, we headed out into the warm weather.
The Catbirds loved the chance to race about...
and create with water and sand, woodchips and mud.
At morning meeting, we practiced our breathing and a moment of silence.
We read the book of the week, "Samson in the Snow."
We talked about the ways that the animals behaved that told us they were friends.
Then we gave them our rating.
Choice Time included trains...
...baking banana bread...
...hot wheels...
...and leggos.
We had some delicious banana bread for our lunch dessert!
