Yesterday, some of the Catbirds helped supervise Sparkle the Bearded Dragon's bath time. They had a chance to closely inspect her, and we took the opportunity to figure out where her ears and nostrils were. We also noted that she is starting to shed her skin again.

We paired up with our second grade partners for the walk over to the meetinghouse.
After meeting for worship, we headed over to A Step Up Academy to share several fun activities.
There was an obstacle course!
A craft activity.
And a playdough table.
Each friend rotated between the three activities.
Then we had recess with our friends on their playground.
Back in Catbirdland, we had snack and then gathered for Morning Meeting.
We read a new book and had Choice Time.
For the 100th day of school, we challenged the Catbirds to stack 100 cups.
We haven't made it yet, but it was fun trying!
Along with building, we played a game of Rhyming Bingo. For each card drawn, friends have to find a word that rhymes on their card and put a gem on it. Friends were great at coming up with many rhymes, searching their cards and helping their friends.
