HAPPY EARTH DAY, FRIENDS!
After Meeting For Worship at the Meetinghouse, we celebrated our love for the earth at our favorite climbing spot!
While we were out, we heard some beautiful tweeting. When we looked up, a chickadee was singing to us from blossoming tree.
Our next stop was Art Class with Amanda
She read The Dot to us, which happens to be a book that we absolutely love.
We each made a watercolor painting inspired a dot
Back outside, we took advantage of the warm sun and beautiful weather
We read some books and played in the pond
We even made a fort in the climbing structure, where friends played puppies and families.
In honor of earth day, friends watered the budding plants on the playground
There was dancing. Joyous dancing.
Some of our Catbirds are becoming bilingual (per se). Here is an example of two of Catbirds speaking the sophisticated language of Minion
