We had a marvelous music class this morning, and are beginning to practice some pieces for the Spring Program (which will be June 5th, so we all have some time).
Then, friends had some time to work on their own projects.
At Morning Meeting, we have been spending time talking about what the Catbirds are working on and making plans for where they would like to take their next projects. It is encouraging friends to reflect on their ideas and interests and to expand on them.
We had a short time outside, because friends wanted to work on their projects. We are continuing our Still Life study as well as creating new stories and games. The Upper School Art Students will be joining us in our classroom to continue our colaboration.We are also planning our garden. Today, the catbirds were curious about bees, so we spent some time studying their behavior.
