As soon as friends got signed in and settled, we started in making waffles.
There were lots of other activities throughout the room.
After a lovely breakfast together, we headed outside for some fun.
It was chilly today, so it wasn't long before we headed back in.
We started construction of our fort.
It took lots of muscles and teamwork to move all of the tables.
After we got the furniture in place, we added lots of covers.
Meanwhile, we had new open space for art on the floor.
We headed over to the Owl's room, where Andrea read us a book called, Fortune Cookie Fortunes.
Then, we had a dance party!
We opted to have our lunches on the floor, too (so we could keep our fort up for rest time).
We put sleeping mats under, and friends spent rest time reading books together (ironically, there was no napping on pajama day).
At the end of the day, we took our fort apart. It was a great day.
We will miss the Catbirds!
