A busy start to our day. The Catbirds love the new lock and key game - where they have to match a numbered lock to the key with corresponding number of dots.

We read the new Caldecott Award winner - it received many thumbs up (as well as the most superlative ranking, Moose Ears).
We had a birthday! Songs and cupcakes!
After some time outside, we loaded our lunches and water bottles in the wagon and headed across campus to the Step Up Academy.
We had fun along the way.
We played outside with out new friends - there are now 4 students in Step Up's preschool.
Then, we went inside for lunch.
After we finished eating, we got to play in their big room.
It was pretty cool.
After a little more time outside, we headed back. We had rest time with the Owls and then spent the afternoon playing with them. According to many of the Catbirds, "It was a really fun day!"
