Building friendship

Today our 2nd grade friends came to our classroom.  Catbirds and partners paired up in teams and built houses for the animals they previously chose.

To built the houses they used different kinds of blocks, magnatiles and legos.

 All the teams built impressive structures!

 Back in the classroom a friend read the book 10 Little Ladybugs for the whole class, after the story she answered questions and listened to comments.
 Then we went outside to enjoy the beautiful day.
