Today was picture day, so we were looking extra fancy.
After sign in...
we got out our new playdough extruders.
Friends predicted the shapes they would make, and compared the ones that were easier and harder to push. These are particularly good for building hand strength and coordination.
We had some dancing going on on the big rug.
As well as whole city construction in teams.
Friends discovered an extruder that produced mustaches.
And creatures.
After taking our class picture outside, we headed to the music room for individual pictures.
Then we had some outside time.
Inside we had Morning Meeting, where we read some more Catbird stories. Then, friends began to illustrate their stories, so that we can make our first Catbird Stories Book of the year.
