At Morning Meeting, we read "The Ugly Vegetables," a book about making soup from Chinese garden vegetables
It was the perfect lead-in to Ao's project: Thai fried rice!
We all helped her put rice into the rice cooker
At Choice Time, we planted our pots and played with clay
Did some dramatic play and built with magnatiles, too
Then it was time to make the Thai fried rice
Lots of ingredients and lots of hands to help
Finally, we spent some quality time in the beautiful outside weather
