Thursday
On Thursday, we worked in small groups. In one, we practiced moving pom poms quickly from bowl to bowl, using tongs. This helps strengthen our hands. In the other group, we practiced counting using chips and worked on number constancy (the idea that the number of objects stays the same, even if we move them around).
We picked another animal from our treasure box and made up a story with a kangaroo and a dragon!
