Making Soda Bread
This bread is from a recipe passed down through this Catbird's family and is a tradition to make this time of year.
It is a tradition in the Catbird to put a little flour on our noses whenever we bake. Since we are wearing masks, we decided to put the flour on our foreheads. Some friends decided to put A LOT of flour on their forheads!
We took turns mixing and kneading ingredients to make three loaves that we ate in the afternoon at table time.
