Puddle Jumping

We had another very creative building morning.

Some which required safety gear...

...or costumes...

...or drama.

Then we put on our rain boots and went out in search of puddles.

We found them!

Soon, many friends decided to go all in.

The Upper School class watched out the window with jealous eyes.

Soon, a number of friends (who claimed to be royalty), got stuck in the muck.

A brave prince was called in, riding an invisible steed, to rescue them.

Then, all of the Catbirds disappeared!

Boy was Amy surprised when we jumped out.

So, of course, we had to do it several more times.

In different places.

We had to stop and get the water out of our boots before we went inside.

We went right back to building.

We had snack and challenged friends to eat their mustard covered pretzels so carefully that no one would know we had eaten mustard (this is not usually the case). We went to the office to see whether Tricia could tell what we had eaten for snack. She could not!

Morning Meeting.

Painting with Pom poems.
