Introducing some new stringed instruments.
Morning Meeting. After our Moment of Silence, we learned some new songs and made plans for our time outside. The Catbirds are learning to contribute their ideas clearly in the group and are working to develop their ability to listen to one another.
Outdoors, we brought a wide variety of musical instruments, which we shared with other classes.
Raji brought his guitar and we sang and played.
Inside, we introduced friends to the science of building and using ramps.
They experimented putting the ramps together in a variety of ways and testing how far the balls would roll.
